Take A Pause!
Take A Pause! is a nice utility that counts the time you spend working and "forces" you to stop for a while regularly. It installs itself as a little icon in the menu bar and when the working period is over, it blocks the screen preventing you from doing anything until the pause period is over.
In this page you can find a presentation of Take A Pause! and a concise user guide of all its functionalities.
